Upcoming Events

Sports Schedule Change: Varsity football will play Hannah-Pamplico on Thursday, October 14 instead of Friday, October 15. Kick-off time will be 7 pm. Senior recognition will begin at 6:45 pm. The B-team game with Lake View has been changed to Wednesday, October 13 at 6 pm.

Miss Gold & Black Pageant: The Miss Gold & Black Pageant will be November 18 at 7 PM in the JHS Cafeteria. 

All application forms and money are due by Nov. 11, 2021.  Admission will be $6 and tickets will be available through the JHS website.  No tickets will be sold at the door. Doors will open at 6:00 pm

Spirit Week/Homecoming Events:

  • Homecoming ballots will be emailed to student on Friday, October 15.

Yearbook Information:

School Pictures:

You may now view and order your school photos online with your individual photo code at the following link:  School Bell Studios online ordering system. Students received access codes from the school photographer on photo day. If you have questions or have misplaced your code, see Mrs. Calcutt in the library. 

If you missed the September photo day, Make-up photos will be on October 25.

Clubs & Activities:

Art Club: The art club will meet on Wednesday, October 6 in Mrs. Hodges' art room (104). Meetings will be held on Tuesdays. Everyone is invited to join the art club this year!

SALTT Information: Anyone interested in fishing and representing Johnsonville High School this year in SALTT (Student Angler League Tournament Trail) can come see Hodges in the art room for sign-up info.

Students can also visit for more information and to register.

Student anglers can fish for bass or redfish out of Carroll Campbell landing in Georgetown in six different tournaments throughout the year and will be eligible for scholarship money and representation in state tournaments in the spring.
